Job Description

We are looking for an experienced social media specialist to join our team. As a social media specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the Dutch and English languages, and fluency in a third language such as French, German, or Spanish is highly preferred. An affinity for the real estate and/or interior design industry is also desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including written posts, visuals, and videos.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Engage with the audience, respond to comments and inquiries, and build a strong community around the client's brand.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive organic growth and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Monitor industry-related conversations and trends to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in the real estate or interior design industry.
Strong proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. Fluency in a third language such as French, German, or Spanish is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and implementing effective social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn.
In-depth knowledge of social media management tools, analytics, and advertising platforms to interpret data to optimize social media performance.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive social media content.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for the real estate and interior design industries, with a keen eye for aesthetic and design trends.
